    Brewer’s Best American Wheat uses select hops and an authentic wheat yeast to produce this summertime classic. The yeast produces the subtle banana and clove flavor typical of wheat beers. This light bodied beer with a smooth finish makes this a great summertime, or anytime beer!
    The Brewer’s Best line of 1 gallon kits contain all the ingredients necessary to produce the style of beer in the kit. Kits include malt extract, steeping grains, hops, yeast, priming sugar and bottle caps. Some kits will contain additional items like spices. Makes approximately 10 – 12 oz. bottles of beer.
