Antique/Vintage Blue Birds On A Leaf Dish

Description

I dont know much about this or where it came. However I do know it's old and looks as if it was purposely distressed or accented with the dark brown accents.
Underneath the brown on the bottom it has either a name of the maker or a brand name of where it's from. I took a magnifying glass to it and I couldnt make out the letters. Measures 13 1/2 Long and weighty.
Item was washed by the previous owners and then I scrubbed it good and the brownish accents stayed on so it's not dirty it's just t
he way it was crafted.
