    I've tested everything aside from the Component Video Adapter because I only own two component devices and one non-standard cable. The device that uses the non-standard cable is a PSP that is strangely not outputting video through the cable anymore.
    I've confirmed that the PSP or its cable is at least part of the problem after testing it out with someone else's television.
    However, I have been able to use this adapter with my PSP in the past and it's been connected to the HD PVR 2 for the past few years, sitting in the same spot untouched.
