Small Japanese Otagiri Imari style red, blue, and gold paddle shaped dish with floral design.
I'm not really sure what it is used for, maybe a condiment dish or spoon rest?
It has a blue mark that I don't recognize on the back. I believe it's Japanese, but I could be wrong. It looks to be a modern piece.
