Gear2Stream Outlet items can only be shipped to addresses in the Contiguous USA. We reserve the right to cancel purchases made from outside this area. If you are outside this area, we may be able to make special shipping arrangements, but you will need to contact us before making your purchase.
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after they are paid for. Orders placed around holidays may require an extra business day or two to be fulfilled.
If there are any issues with shipping your order, we will contact you for confirmation before shipping. In such cases, the item will not be shipped until you are able to respond, so please check your ebay messages!
Gear2Stream Outlet orders must be paid for using PayPal within 72 hours (3 days) of sale or auction close. Orders that are not paid for in this manner may be cancelled at our discretion.

All items sold in WORKING condition come with a 14-day non-DOA return policy. This means that we guarantee that the item will be working on receipt, and that you have 14 days from the date or receipt to confirm this. Items sold in AS-IS / FOR PARTS condition are not returnable.
Refunds are initiated upon arrival of the return item to us. Refunds are issued only in the same method as the original payment. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee if the item/packaging arrives back in working and/or materially worse condition.
