We get the yeast fresh from them every few days based on demand. Please place an order and if we don't have it in stock we can usually get it and ship the next day for orders placed before 4pm CST. A ridiculously thorough flocculator thought to be from a highly regarded English ESB, British Ale VIII Very High has unique fruitiness and noticeable finishing sweetness. It drops out quickly and completely. It is easy to crop, but needs a diacetyl rest. To enhance the fruit, ferment at the recommended temperature ceiling.100 mL pack good for 5 gallons of wort with water, yeast, barley, malt extract, hops as the only ingredients. Each pack now contains 150 mL of yeast slurry to enhance the brewer's experience!
