Payment:
We gladly accept payments via U.S. Paypal allowing you to pay using a debit or major credit card. You have (3) days to make your payment once you purchase an item. Otherwise your transaction may be cancelled, unless payment arrangements have been made with the seller.
Return Policy:
If not 100% satisfied we gladly accept returns for refund or exchange.
Inspect your purchase promptly when it arrives.
Returns are accepted for unused items, items damaged or defective within 14-days of ship date. Contact us
immediately
to request a refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or damaged in transit. Custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned, except when the item arrives defective or damaged then we will gladly send you a replacement.
Domestic Shipping:
Orders are shipped within 1-2 days, Monday through Friday. Your package will typically arrive in 2-5 days. We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) using 1st Class Mail (up to 13 oz.) and Priority Mail so your order arrives quickly. A tracking number is provided. Faster shipping is available at an additional charge. Occasionally we use other shipping methods; Fed-Ex, UPS which require a physical address for delivery and will not deliver to post boxes. Delivery charges may be longer outside of the 48 states.
A surcharge fee will be charged for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands.
Note: We are not responsible for 'shipping delays' due to inclement weather or during the busy holiday season.
International Shipping:
We ship Worldwide via the United States Postal Service (USPS) INTL First Class (max 4lbs) and Priority Mail. A tracking number is provided. Buyer pays all shipping fees and costs. We make every attempt to ship promptly upon sale, however, we do not control any delays by your Country at the Customs office. Buyer is responsible for additional fees such as customs, tariffs, port, etc.
