Up for auction here is a wonderful vintage carved and turned wood chess set. This wonderful. Set comes with its original box and is in very good - excellent condition within a few pieces showing very minor wear. This is the larger is not larger at of these set with the king measuring 3 1/4”. The box measures 8 1/8” x 4 1/8” x 3”. This box is in very good condition but does show some wear and the top appears to have shrunk slightly and does not fit into the slot completely, not reaching fully into one side. A very nice example of this set. It will make a prized addition to any collection. Winning bidder to pay the actual cost of USPS Priority Mail shipping.
